Lava Stones – Solidified from molten lava rock formed from volcanic eruptions that cooled by the earth’s surface. We had done our research and use only high quality and natural black Lava gemstones. We buy polished stoned, given that not all our customers plan to use them with essential oils and like their shiny look. There are imposters out there, that unfortunately we were fooled by, but only once. Lava beads are porous, which make them excellent for absorbing essential oils. How long the beads hold the oil fragrance depends on the concentration of the oil and the absorbency and size of the bead.

Lava beads are regarded as a symbol of stability and endurance. It’s been said to represent the grounding to mother earth and impart stability during times of change and turbulence. When representing the Chakras’s it’s said to stabilize the Root Chakra.

This bracelet is handmade with Beadnova Crystal String 1mm stretch string cord. A strong and stretchy material that beat out many other beading cords for the win. The cord is durable, however will break like any of us can from pulling too hard or constant over stretching.
